Last week on 1st April, Fresh Egg celebrated it’s 10th Birthday and held a spectacular party at the Old Selden Farm Barn in Patching. We’ve gone from strength to strength since we were founded in 2000 by Adam Stafford together with his sister, Philippa Stafford and long-time school friend Lee Colbran.   For any company in the fast paced world of web design to have survived, let alone prospered, for more than a decade is a remarkable achievement.Ten years further along the line and Fresh Egg already boasts a staff of 40.

Adam maintains that our success is largely down to the people at Fresh Egg, hence his decision to have a “blow out” and thank everyone for their hard work.  That took place at the Old Selden Farm Barn, set in the South Downs National Park of West Sussex.It’s a wonderful venue that consists of a permanently erected marquee within a barn thus creating a sense of style, space and grand scale.

Pre-dinner entertainment laid on for the 100 guests composed of Fresh Egg staff, their partners and Fresh Egg customers included a “test your strength” machine, a bucking bronco and a fair ground style shooting gallery which were efficiently cleared away by the time dinner was served by outdoor catering specialists RED Anywhere.

The five-star restaurant-quality menu, prepared under the watchful eye of Master Chef of Great Britain Dan Clarke, was accompanied by RED Anywhere’s exotic and delicious cocktails and of course a free bar!

The live music was provided by the brilliant South Coast Soul Revue, who consist of an 8 piece band who play the best of classic and contemporary soul music with just a little scattering of funk thrown into the mix.  The drive of two great singers and a full brass section got everyone onto the dance floor.

Commenting on the whole bash, Adam said: “It was a great night and thoroughly deserved by everyone who has contributed to our continuing success.  I know it’s a corny management cliché to say so, but our people genuinely are our most important assets and this party was really for them.”

Fresh Egg continues to grow and expand as we attract more clients to our brand of web design, Internet marketing and Social Media that places SEO at the heart of all we do. 2009 saw them achieve their best ever trading year and currently they are seeking new business premises in the Worthing area to accommodate the ever increasing staff required to fulfill both existing business and of course new. The only problem that Adam can already see happening is that for Fresh Egg’s 20th birthday party, is there going to be a venue big enough to accommodate us all!
