Can working your bum off writing online get you into a smaller pair of pants? Maybe not but you can shed your inhibitions and give your opinions a workout. Some people cannot resist solving all the problems of society and commenting on the people who caused the mess. If that’s you then you could be the long awaited voice of the worldwide blogging community.
You can find free locations to blog all over the internet. Find one you like and fire up your keyboard. Make sure to check out a few you like first so you do not have to start over. Most blogging platforms are very similar so at the end it’s only a matter of your preference.
Pick the direction of your blog and start typing. Talk about your band experience if you are the person people should check with on pricing before they buy that electric guitar for sale. Put your interests and hobbies to work for you. Put yourself out there as a niche expert or take on wide array of interests.
Your comical experience with an electric breast pump can also be informative. Describe your specific knowledge and share stories from other people. Remember that you can focus on your job knowledge and tie it to your life with just a little thought.

I used links to expand upon a thought in my blog. I also add interesting or innovative photographs to punch up a blog or make a point. I have discovered that the endless supply of links and images makes it easy for me to make my blog more interesting. It may lead the reader to stay on my message so I’m not shy about experimenting with these valuable tools.
Your blog can be daily, twice a week, or twice a month. Just keep a schedule that works for you. It works to your advantage to post new ideas, materials, and serve up heaping helpings of ‘food for thought’ on a regular basis. Involve your readers with a few choice questions designed to obtain a response.
If you feel like your blog is a bit scattered then go ahead and create more than one. You have one voice but it can be heard on separate sites. A travel writer friend of mine ghost writes for his digital camera. That’s right. His blog is called, ‘The Shots Seen Round The World’. Okay, you have the idea so quit mashing potatoes and start mashing those keys.
